This week for youth group it was “black tie night”, so Puff borrowed one of Dad’s old suits and won the best dressed award! A proud moment.
Saturday was a day at home spent with the cousins. Lots of screen time, some running around with the sprinkler in the backyard, and pizza for dinner, while Dad mostly worked on uni assignments.
Sunday morning Dad and Huff went for a pre-church walk together to spend some time catching up.
We stopped at her favourite rock on the way back for her to strike her famous “heroic pose”.
And Sunday afternoon was a celebration of various family birthdays at Doc’s house, where the kids even played cricket for a couple of hours at a nearby park. Puff had a good time running around, and Huff somehow managed six wickets!
