With Dad away overnight for work / catching up with some of the men from his old church, there was a bit less time for him to spend with the kids.
Nonetheless, Puff and Dad managed a morning walk, at the former’s request. We stopped for milkshakes. There’s a bit of forced perspective, but that is indeed a large milkshake.
Dad was away at work while Mum went to a friend’s birthday party. Huff was a big fan of the donuts.
Puff was more a fan of making a giant lego tower to stand in.
And Puff finally started to play with a chemistry set he received as a present: here he is mixing up a copper compound: he was pretty excited, and even made a joke about the potassium in bananas. Another proud Dad moment.
